The platform is intended for serious sellers, qualified investors, and vetted advisors. Exlusive reserves the absolute right to decline any request, mandate, or engagement, at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasoning.

Mandates and engagements

Any seller mandate, buyer engagement, or advisory relationship is governed exclusively by a separately executed written agreement. No statement on this site creates a contractual obligation absent such a written instrument.

The Exlusive name, mark, The Filter methodology, Field Notes, The Quarterly, written materials, and visual identity are the property of Exlusive. Reproduction or redistribution without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Thailand, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of your jurisdiction of residence.
